"What are Make Believe
& Beyond
Classes?"

Make Believe & Beyond is BackStory's unique approach to a skill and style in theatre known as "devising". Simply put, it is the collaborative reimagining of an idea, story, or collection of stories, told on stage. This format offers us a truly awesome opportunity to encourage exploration by students of all skill levels and interests in the theatrical world. The core skill of teamwork is combined with working memory and creative reasoning as we embrace each student's unique storytelling abilities, build confidence and encourage skill acquisition. Give it a try!

We would love to customize a class for your group! Please contact us to find out more!
